History of AgVision
AgVision was developed by Junee High School in 2012 and ran biannually for thousands of high school students throughout the Riverina and beyond.
Due to Junee High School’s success, the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW borrowed the concept to develop a version that runs in Sydney.
Throughout the pandemic and with some staff changes at Junee High, there were no events held in 2020 and 2022. In 2023, Yanco Agricultural High School put their hand up to be a new host. Through coordination with Regional Industry Education Partnerships (RIEP), everyone involved agreed to make Yanco the new host of AgVision in 2024.
With support from multiple sponsors, Yanco Agricultural High School staff, Training Services NSW staff, and more - AgVision Yanco 2024 is coming on 11th September!
Unleash your curiosity and enthusiasm at our diverse workshops. Connect with experts, learn hands-on, and sow the seeds of your future success. This event is your gateway to a blooming career in agriculture!
